How are you really doing?
Are your energy levels low? Do you experience chronic pain? Do you get sick easily?
Having trouble maintaining energy and concentration throughout the day, or maintaining a strong immune system and good physical health, is more common than unusual today. And many health problems are related to some type of nutritional deficiency or toxic load.
Countless studies have been conducted to determine the optimal nutritional state for the human body. And the scientific community agrees that, the majority of us find it difficult to achieve even a minimum of the recommended daily nutritional requirements.
These nutritional deficiencies are usually due to 2 factors:
The first is compromises in the cultivation of our food, and the genetic modification of our food. Even those who eat healthy, balanced meals have difficulty getting enough of certain nutrients.
The second factor is the overconsumption of refined, processed nutrient-poor foods that are loaded with empty calories. And the decay has been going on for decades now. And the majority of us eat too many fast carbohydrates, the wrong fats and too few vegetables.
With these drastic changes in both the availability of nutrient-dense foods and what we choose to eat, it's no wonder that many people are often sick, tired, have trouble staying focused and stuck on the sofa at night.
Ask yourself, what does your diet and lifestyle look like, and is it contributing to a lack of well-being and vitality?
Whether we are healthy or not, we all benefit from supplementing our diet with high-quality, natural, bioavailable supplements made from organic foods that are easily absorbed by the body. You should refrain from synthetically produced supplements, they do not do much good and the body has difficulty absorbing the contents.

When choosing supplements, it is important to choose natural, bioavailable supplements that are made from organic foods. Preferably a multi-supplement that is balanced and adapted for optimal absorption and where vitamins, minerals and omega fatty acids are in balance according to how they cooperate and influence each other.
All dietary supplements have a recommended dosage and the maximum effect is obtained when you take them for a longer period of time, at least 3 months.
If you are new to high-quality supplements, it is important to start cautiously with the lowest dose and slowly increase. This way your body slowly gets used to the new products and you get the chance to feel how it feels, if it feels good you can keep increasing the dose to the full dose, if it doesn't feel good you back off or stay at the lower level until your body gets used to it. It all depends on how your body feels, how nutritionally deficient you are, how your intestinal flora is doing, etc., there are many factors that come into play and you may also get so-called withdrawal symptoms as the body may finally get the chance to clear out toxins and other rubbish that the body wants to get rid of but didn't have the resources to do before.
Take your supplements together with your meals and divide the dose over e.g. breakfast and lunch for best absorption and distribution of the nutrients. Avoid taking supplements together with food/drink that is too hot as many nutrients are heat sensitive, so for example do not drink hot tea or coffee while taking your supplements.
For several years I have eaten the nutritional supplements in the picture and can warmly recommend them. They are completely natural, made from food and are bioavailable, i.e. the body recognizes them as food and can easily absorb the nutrients.
This particular trio is called the LifeLong Vitality pack and contains all the important vitamins, minerals, omega fatty acids, as well as a cellular complex for energy and cellular health, and this particular combination is fantastic.
Alpha CRS+ is a cell complex that is good for inflammation, arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, brain fog, fatigue, liver support and cell repair.
xEO Mega/vEO Mega the important Omega fatty acids 3, 6 and 9 in a balanced mix, which are good for inflammation and pain, arthritis, strengthens the immune system, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, ADD/ADHD, aging skin, PMS, depression, anxiety, depression, heart , vascular health, dry skin and skin problems. vEO Mega is the vegan option.
VMz Microplex is a multivitamin & -mineral with all important vitamins and minerals, which is good for basic health, for low energy and fatigue, poor digestion and immune system, oxidative cell damage, nutritional deficiencies, poor health and nutritional imbalances.
All dietary supplements also contain several essential oils that contribute to increased nutrient absorption, improved digestion, etc., so they contain so much more than just nutrients.
By supplementing my meals with these supplements, I don't have to think about whether I'm getting all the nutrients I need on a daily basis, regardless of whether my meal are optimally healthy or perhaps less healthy on certain days.
There are so many more good complementary supplements to use for special needs, but I'll write about those another time, but this is what it looks like on my shelf at home in the kitchen, it's part of my all-natural home apothecary.

I have access to what I may need at the moment, whether it's for extra energy, digestive enzymes, balancing blood sugar, supporting metabolism, collagen for my joint problems and aging skin, probiotics, supporting the liver, calming anxious stomache, alleviating allergies or help for falling asleep easier when life is a little stressful. And for me, it's important to know that it's all-natural products of the highest quality, that I can trust.
Do you also want access to amazing supplements, which are natural and without synthetic substances? Send a message and I will get back to you, and help you choose the products you need or are interested in.
